Brinley is learning so much at school this year. I was a little hesitant about putting her in school this early but I think it is the best thing that we could have done for her. She has really blossomed. As most of you know, Brinley had severe seperation anxiety. Like, literally I could not be out of her sight or she would freak. There were a few people she would go to, but for the most part unless she was very familiar with the person then it would not happen. She did not even go to nursery alone till lately. However, that all changed with school. The first few days were rough but after the initial shock was over she did awesome! Now she will go stay with friends and really enjoy herself. I credit school for that. Socially, putting her in K3 was the best decision we could have made. To our surprise, she has even learned a ton. She has mastered 10 scriptures, knows A-F, 1-20 (forwards and backwards - counting backwards is her new favorite thing to do), all of her shapes, colors, lots of Bible stories, lots of songs, and so much more! I swear she comes home every day with something new to show me. I love it! I have to admit that I love her school. I wish we could just stay here so we could keep her at this school. The uniform thing is nice too. I love knowing exactly what I'm going to put her in every morning. I wore uniforms my whole life till I moved to the states and I loved it.
